Beach Reception Centerpieces

I am looking for ideas for inexpensive reception centerpieces that have a beach theme.  Any creative ideas?

I am making all mine, I don't have a photo yet as my flower order just arrived and I pick it up on Friday from HL.

It is a large glass vase with glass beads and submersible led lights in it. The flowers are drop flowers (hard to explain) with onion grass. It sits on a round plate covered in sand with shells and two tea light candles in votive holders with the table name signs on each side.

Wheat stalks and bear grass in clear vases surrounded by shells. You can put sand in the vases and tie with a satin ribbon.

I bought some small lanterns and an assortment of glass vases pretty inexpensivly at Ikea. I plan to fill the glass containers with shells and starfish and a candle and mix and match with the lanterns on the tables. Also oriental trading is good for bulk items or if you are near Ft Myers head to the Shell Factory, I bought a giant bag of bulk shells for much cheaper than Michaels.
