What is everyone doing for parents gifts?So far I am treating my mom and fmil to their makeup on the wedding day.
But what else.. I have no idea.

I have no clue. I barely know what I'm doing for the BMs gifts. I have a feeling I will end up getting a bunch of little things that I think of because I'm so indecisive right now.

I will be watching this thread for ideas, haha!

I got a bunch of little stuff. I got my mom and my my aunt(mom's sister) the same stuff as the BM's since they threw a shower for me and are all going to be getting ready together.
cute cosmetic bags
Stella Lipgloss
Esse Nail Polish
for BM's all jewerly
Robes
Blinged Out t'shirts that say, BM, MOH, MOB, or Team Bride
flip flops

Then for the parents we made them photo books of our dating years. For the dads, we are going to get them some nice cigars (my dad is cuban and loves cigars).

Then I found these darling blinged out little purse mirrors at Forever 21, so I got those for all of the women at the rehearsal dinner. I'm sure I'll think of other things too. I love giving gifts!

my mother and MIL are gettng a bottle of wine, with a heart shaped cork screw, my father and step mother (who are flying and cant return with the wine in their suitcase) are going to get a pictureframe I think.

We got my mom (only parent involved) a photo album from the photographer and we'll probably get her a massage, too.
My brother also gifted us some money for the wedding, too, and we felt so funny about spending it on ourselvesgiven his generosity, so we ended up using it to pay for a hotel room for him and one for my mom for the wedding night (hotel rooms at the site are like $$$$ - everyone is staying local, but not there.)

i just purched a digital picture frame for my father/stepmother and think I will pre-load it with some picutures of FI and I and his future grandkids (fi's two teenagers)

We're going to buy them a one or two night stay at a B and B up in Maine/New Hampshire area from either living social or groupon. My parents never spend money on themselves, always on everyone else. We want them to take a breath and get away for a day or two.

I got my FMIL a hankerchief that's personalized for her from etsy.

i got my parents a picture frame that i personalized with sayings that are important to us.

we dont know what to get his father yet, maybe wine?

I made my parents a video to Taylor Swifts - The Best Day with home videos of me with them growing up. We also ordered red roses from our flowerist, because that's what my dad always got my mom when they were dating (and it was her wedding bouquette). The flowers, video, and a thank you card will be left in their hotel room for them to find after the reception.
Once we get our wedding photos, we're going to give all our parents a photo book of engagement and wedding photos (like my publisher).

Our rehearsal dinner falls on his and my parent's anniversary, so we're doing a small cake for the four of our parents to share. I just went today and purchased an anniversary band for my mom...bling out her wedding band a bit! : ) For his mom, I found a pretty pendant necklace and a right hand ring that matches. My dad is getting 4 tickets to a Twins game this fall and we're still deciding for his dad...he's the guy that has everything he wants!

I think I will get nice frames for both sets of parents as a gift and eventually they can put a picture from the wedding in them.

As a place holder since there won't be a picture to put in it I will put a note of thanks to each set for their help in giving us a beautiful wedding.

ETA: bhomann I love your idea about the video and may have to use it

I just recently decided on what to get my mom and FMIL (both dads are not in the picture).

I'm getting them both personalized handkerchiefs (moms says "of all the walks we've taken together, this one's my favorite" - since she's walking me down the aisle - & FMIL's says "thank you for raising your son to be the man of my dreams".

I also got them a bud vase thats engraved with their initial, "Mother of the Bride/Groom" and our names & wedding date. We're giving them roses during our ceremony & figured that would be cute so they can put the rose in their vases.
