Rosewood Inn

For those of you who used the Rosewood Inn for your reception and ceremony do you have any advice?  We are looking at this venue but was informed they are all inclusive.  Anyone know if they will only rent their facility and we handle the rest?

    I met with the lady who runs it during the summer and she made it sound like you had to use all of her services. I loved the property but ended up going somewhere else.

    I actually called them back and they said we can do some of the extras ourselves such as flowers and cake, etc.  We are meeting with them on Saturday to discuss further.
