Favors for men?

A tradition I guess you would say in my fi's family is to give a favor to each of the women. I was planning on using favor to also serve as a place card. (the favor is a palm size hand crafted wooden bowl with a lid from India. -very nice)
My problem is, if I'm using this for the women what should use for the men? At first I was going to do shot glasses but there aren't a lot of drinkers on his side. Then I thought lotto tickets (we both enjoy them) but I've hears people think this is trashy? I don't want to do candy because we are having a chocolate fountain.

I don't know if you are Indian or not (the bowls are from India I saw), but I know from my friends that it is a tradition in some parts of India to only give favors to the women. If that is the case, i wouldn't worry so much about the men. If that is not your custom, then definately get something for the men. I think lotto tickets are nice. Kind of a lucky in love sort of theme there.
