Pissed off... WWMBD?

So, in December, my sister linked my to a site called Savemore.com, it's a daily deal site where she bought a bunch of cute nail appliques for a good price. I was like, ok, I'm in! Cut to today, still no merchandise, can't get a hold of anyone on EITHER site. My sister got her nail thingies, but I did not.

I googled both savemore.com and fabulousnails.com, and although I find nothing on fabulousnails.com, there are many MANY negative reports on savemore.com.

I went on the BBB site and filed a complaint on both companies. Then, I located an email for savemore.com, which was hard to do (Facebook to the rescue) and emailed them both letting them know this.

What the hell else can I do?! I'm so mad that companies conduct business like this :/ It's only $12, but still. I've been ripped off, ya know?

Is there anything else I should do? Or just forget about it?

    Ugh I was going to suggest BBB so I'm not sure what else you can do, other than write another bad review.....booooo. That sucks, I hope BBB comes through for you.

    Did you pay with a credit card (as opposed to one linked to a bank account)?  If you did, under the Consumer Protection Act, you can tell your credit card company you never received what you paid for, they will refund your money and go after the vendor themselves.

    Shucks, not even remotely a genius!  Just like to get what I pay for <img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-wink.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" />  And, ya know, living with someone who eats, breathes, and sleeps law kinda rubs off on a person.

    Better, definitely better.  Dreading going into work tomorrow, but what can ya do?  9.5 more weeks!

    Totally agree.  I had that happen to me with a collar I bought for Gunner.  I never got the collar and it seems as though it happened to a lot of people.  Good luck!
