The Palms venue- thoughts?

 I really love the Palms  in Miami Beach as a venue idea but it is about ..10,000 out of my price range. I'd be willing to sacrifice working extra hard for it ( this wedding is completely out of pocket for my fiance and me) but I wanted to know if anyone could share their experiences or knowledge of the venue.

    I had an appt with them but never made had to cancel :( online the place looked amazing & honestly if it wasn't for the fact was on South Beach we would have gone there! A lot of places we went to online looked amazing an in person we weren't impressed so my only advice physically go there an make sure it's what you want.

    I went and met with them. They can definitely customize the menu to help save on costs. I loved the outside pavilion area for the ceremony but the ballroom felt a little cramped for our size group (125-150). Try to be open about your budget and see if they will work with you.

    I'm getting married there! I love The Palms. It was over our budget also, so we compromised and are doing a daytime wedding to save $. Let me know if you have any questions!

    I'm getting married there next month! They are amazing; if you think it's within your reach you will not be disappointed.  Our coordinator is Michelle Cannici, she is great, ask for her!

    Im going in tomorrow to visit them and the Double Tree Ocean Pointe.. just through email the coordinator at Doubletree was absolutely awesome with assisting. Amanda and  KECANADEO  if you dont mind me  asking how much was your budget? I know already of a few sacrifices I am willing to make to make this wedding happen.....
