Budget venues in Eastern shore

My FI and I are looking for venues in the mid-DE area/Eastern shore of MD (between Chesapeake City down through Cambridge).  We are looking for historic house/inn/plantation or historic church that won't break our budget ($3400 for ceremony/reception venue + food).  We expect about 70-80 guests.  Any ideas?  I've already posted on the DE board, but thought I would post here as well.  Thx!

    Depending on the season of your wedding, Matapeake State park outside of Kent Island MD has a gorgeous place down on the beach as well as an old Ferry House turned into a cafe and venue, small, but it's on the beach as well and lots of land for tents for an outside wedding. Also the Talbot County Historical Society in Easton MD, not on the water but it has a gorgeous garden outside and huge windows and chandeliers. Very elegant. If I remember correctly for the use of everything it would have been $1200.
