  Hmm, I don't buy bridal magazines so I can't help there. But, you might be able to go to a bridal store, like a David's Bridal, and ask if they recognize the dress. They stay up to date on the latest designers and styles so maybe they can give you a starting point.

  I don't...but I know I tried on a dress that looks JUST like that at Nordstroms.  It was midnight blue.

  I recognized that photo right away since I read that same article.  II knew I had the magazine somewhere in my apartment and found it rather quickly.  t's in the fall/winter 2009 issue of Brides New York magazine.  The store info is on the bottom right of the same page.  It says, " Perwinkle silk shantung wrap blouse and matching flared skirt, $275, Aria, www.ariadress.com."
