How to include Stepmom?

Hi everyone. I'm wondering: how can I include my stepmother in the wedding in a special way without making her a bridesmaid? I want to be sure she feels like she has a special place in the wedding, but I don't think she belings in the bridal party. Suggestions?

    I would get her a corsage or nosegay (whatever you plan on doing for the Mother's), have her escorted down the aisle and given a place of honor in the front row with the rest of your family.  Also list her in the program if you are having one.

    Nothing else really is necessary.  As long as you are treating her with respect and love then she will already feel honored to be there on your wedding day.

    Agree with Maggie.  If you are particularly close with her and want her to have a role, you could ask her to do a reading (or sing/play a musical piece if she is so talented).
