location needed for indoor enagement photos in the burbs.

With the snow on the ground, my fiancé and I are in need of a great place to take our engagement photos inside. We are going to be having the photos taken towards the end of January on a Saturday. I am from Downers Grove -- so anything close (and not in the city) would be great. Our photographer is not from the area, so I am doing my best to research a fun place to take some photographs. We are more on the modern side, so anything colorful or unique would be great. We have thought about taking photographs in the Tivoli Theather in Downers Grove due to our many dates there and our love for movies.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!THANKS!

What kinds of things are you guys into as a couple? For example, if you like movies, how about a movie theater? You could get some cute pics at the snack counter, and even talk with a manager about using an empty theater? (oops... just read that part about your love for movies... perfect!)

Fun-loving couple? What about playing around a little at a place like GameWorks or Dave & Busters? Those could be cute!

Looking for something more modern and chic? How about a local art gallery or museum?

Or, don't be afraid of the snow! Get some coordinating winter gear and romp around in the snow! Could be really cute too!

    Good luck!

Tivoli is PERFECT, inside and out.
We try to get there at least once a month, love it.
You might want to consider The River Walk in downtown Naperville, if you get a warmer day. How about downtown Downers Grove? I love Main Street Pizza. Is there a restaurant that you like?  How about the train station, or a park? Do you go to any of the stores/offices that are in some of the older buildings?

My vote is for Tivoli, you could get some great pictures.

I've seeen some wonderful pictures inside the main street train station.  It has a really cool vintage feel to it!
