Springs Preserve

Hi all!

Does anyone have a personal contact name and phone number for Springs Preserve?  I'm not getting any response from the online request form.
Thanks!

I wanted Springs Preserve so bad for my ceremony and they have terrible communication. I kept calling them and the person I talked to kep telling me that she gave my information to the catering department but they never got back to me. I called pretty much every day for a week and never heard back. Until one day the receptionist (or whatever she is) was able to connect me with the woman in charge of catering only to find out that I couldn't use my date since they had another event going on.

Why on earth could not just call me back to tell me that? I waisted almost two weeks waiting to hear back from them just to find out I couldn't use it!!!!

I don't have that number anymore since it was a while back but I suggest you keep calling them. It was very dissapointing to see such a bad customer service from such a beautiful place. Good luck!

Michelle was my contact person as well when I was looking into SP for our wedding. I do know that Wolfgang Puck is no longer the catering at SP. And according to Gemini, Michelle went when WP went. It was taken over in the beginning of October by Culinary Arts Catering which is a part of the Culinary Arts Academy.
Below I am posting 2 links from a Knottie (Gemini) who got married there the week that they switched over caterers.

Good luck. I really wanted to get married there originally but the rental fees we RIDICULOUS. Like an additional $6000 in rental fees on top of the F&B min.
We ended up going with Platinum Hotel. I got my outdoor ceremony, got to bring in my own vendors, wasn't charged any rental fees.

Michelle is no longer the contact person as she was with Wolfgang Puck.  She was amazing.  The new coordinator was terrible (hence why you probably haven't gotten a response) but on the plus side the food is FANTASTIC.  Take that for what you will.  SP is a beautiful and unique venue.  I will try to help you if I can:)

It really is a shame because the planning process was top notch with WP.  I am thinking of contacting the head of the SP regarding our experience, and I will probably mention that several other brides are having a hard time contacting them.  Funny thing is, we were their very first event with Culinary Arts catering, yet no one followed up with us to find out how our experience was (or to thank us for our business).  You would think they would want to know!  It does make me sad though, because I know how great the venue is:(
