Alterations in Ottawa?

I just got my dress its a size 6 abd first perfectly right now. the back is a zip up and i am thinking of turning it into a lace up. I was wondering if any one can suggest a semstress that they are positive could good a good job!

    hmmmm.... I've spent a lot of time in Ottawa and my FI has tons of friends there so I should be able to answer this question...

    If I talk to any of my friends in Ottawa soon, I will definitely ask!
