Another Question Regarding Menu Selection on RSVP

So on a similar topic to the previous post, we just selected our entrees and are getting ready to order our invitations.  I am unsure if we should put:

Filet Mignon & Lobster Tail
or
Firenze Chicken

OR

Surf & Turf
or
Chicken

Is it best to be specific?  Help please.

    If you've got room it's best to be specific.

    However, this information doesn't belong on the actual invitation but rather on another card included with the invite.

    Include as much info as you can fit.  However, "Firenze" may not tell people much.  Can you give them a better idea of what's in the dish?

    I know, and this is why I'm struggling....I was planning on doing menu cards for the wedding but I'm struggling what to put on the RSVP card.  I feel like if I put surf & turf guests will think "stuffed shrimp"?  I mean some people like some fish but not others which is why I'm thinking be specific on the filet & lobster but then just put chicken?  I mean I can't get in to too much detail in the reply card.  What to do, what to do....

    I would definitely try to be specific...especially when it comes to lobster.  You never know is someone has an allergy (as my FFIL does) and dont want them to think it is shrimp and order it.

    I would put the first one. People won't know what chicken Firenze is, but they know it's chicken. You can mark me down for the filet and lobster :)
