  We have today off.  However I am going to a bunch of doctor appts. We also start our pre-marital counseling tonight
  
  We got all of our invitations stuffed and stamped this weekend, so now all we have to do is drop them in the mail!!! I can't believe how close we are!!

  I have off today. I was sick all weekend but managed to narrow down some music selections and pick up my wedding band! I love crossing things off the list. Counting down the days until I can throw my wedding list O-U-T!

  Hello ladies!! Im off today and I took full advantage of it! I slept until 12!! Well, I got up at 9 to take Bentley out and then went back to bed. I love that I have today off, but im sad that there isn't another holiday until May!!! I know im gonna need a mental health day before then! Hope you ladies have a fabulous week!
  
  BTW- Im super excited because tomorrow i'll only be 8 months away from my wedding! I know that's still a long time but I got engaged in Sept. 2009, so im super excited to finally be in the single digits!

  Last night, FI and I had to go watch my nephew because my 2 week old niece had a fever so they took her to the hospital. She has a urinary tract infection so they're going to keep her a few days and run some more tests. Keep us in your thoughts please :]

  
  

  We don't have school today so we're being lazy. I should've gotten my butt up and looked for a job but being lazy is so much more appealing.

  I'm at work today...it's even harder because FI doesn't have class today, and I wish I could be home with him. He did pick me up lunch, so that was super nice! And he's studying all day (story of a law student), so that helps to! hehe

  
  

  Saturday night we went to the General Johnson tribute show at Lincoln Theater. Jim Quick and Chairman were amazing! Love them! The Embers came on last and they were not the Embers...they were the "young guys" who show up when the real Embers don't feel like playing. Luckily the other bands played for 1 1/2 hours each, so we felt like we got our money's worth. It also didn't help the Embers because they pretty much only sing Chairman songs and they can't really do that when they're playing with Chairman!
  
  

  Some of my friends went to Tir Na Nog on Saturday night to hear The Dickens! I so wish I had known about that!!

  I had to work today -- first day at the new job!  Hearing all the things I'm going to be responsible for, in addition to my normal lab stuff makes my head spin a little bit but once I get a handle on it I don't think it's going to be that bad.  The FI didn't work (oh the joys of a city job!) but he starts tomorrow!  I am excited about my new job though!  Now I need to get re-wedding motivated.  It's really not that far away!!
  
  This weekend was great!  It was our first one back in town and we got to go out with friends and hang out.  That was the best part -- getting to start seeing everyone again!

  Kelsey-that's so cool you went to see the Chairmen, Saturday.  Did you see the article about General Johnson in the N&O, Friday?  It was really interesting.  I wish I could have made the show--they are my favorite beach band and I was really bummed last summer when he passed away.  Glad to hear they did him right.
  
  We went to a Golden Globes party at FI's sister's house last night.  Cool idea and a lot of fun to get dressed up.  FI wore part of his tux--hates wearing a tie!
  
  And today, we got my wedding bands!!  That was really cool.

  Congrats on your new job! What do you do? I just started a new job 3 weeks ago, so I  understand about feeling overwhelmed, but also excited!
