I know I talk about how I had weight loss surgery last year a lot in my post...today I am 1 year post-op and just had to share a picture!!! I went to my surgeons office this morning and I am offically down 92 lbs! I am in not way promoting surgery because it is not for everyone. This is the hardest, but greatest, thing I ever did for myself.

Even with surgery you have to learn to eat less so it's still work. Congratulations! You look fabulous

ABSOLUTELY!! The Lapband is just a tool and it takes a lot of work on my part to use it properly!

Thanks Ladies!!! I did post a pic back in Dec when I was at 6 months, had to share the 1 yr pic lol.

I fell in love with that dress at NY&CO last month, got it to wear to one of my showers along with the fun red shoes!
