Villa Serena

Hi! We just got engaged on Friday :) We've been dating for 6 years so I've already started planning a little. I was wondering if anyone has had any experiences with or knows anything about Villa Serena. I really like it on paper but we live in Nashville so I want to do some research before we go visit or get involved.
Anything you have could help!! Thank you!! :)

When I was looking for a venue I initially looked at Villa Serena. I scheduled an appointment to go see them, but then found out that it wouldn't be able to hold my 200 guests inside the mansion. If you have more than 40 guests, the reception will have to be outside.

While this may work for some, it DEFINITELY wasn't going to work for me, especially for the price that they charge.

I ended up going with Callanwolde Arts Center which is another historical mansion in town.

Villa Serena is a lovely facility for an outdoor wedding.  I am not even sure it can hold 40 on the inside.  It is a bit secluded and hard to locate.  They do allow you to carry in everything, which saves money.  So if you don't mind an entire outdoor event, then you can check them out.  They do allow a tent in the front.  I have the rental information so pm if you need them.
  • Are they a little steep on the prices or are they a reasonable as oppose to Little Gardens, Flint Hill and etc.
