Our guests love our invitations! One of FFIL's friends even asked for our designer's info because her daughter is getting married.

Picked up my dress yesterday. I know it's been said a ton, but I can't get over how amazing Becky is! Now it's hanging in my guest room closet and FI and the dogs are banned from even going in that room.

Aaaaand this one isn't for me, but FI had an interview with a Halliburton branch up in Pampa, TX (which is in the panhandle?) and it went REALLY well. It's not as far away as we had thought we'd go, but it's a really good opportunity and it will be nice to have him closer than Wyoming (where we thought he'd go) since I'll be staying behind to finish the school year if he gets a job outside of Dallas.

Congrats! Yea you can't help but rave on Becky after you get your dress. Congrats to you FI sounds like a great opportunity!

That's great news! I used to drive to Lubbock to see FI once a month and it wasn't that bad. I don't think Pampa is much further than that, and going about 5-10mph above the speed limit it usually took me 5 hours each way. NW Hwy to 114 is your friend! LOL

The letter just says "congrats, you passed" but I should be getting my certificate in the mail within the next few weeks.

When I first started working in the Grapevine area, I was living with my parents in Mesquite and that's how I went every morning. I didn't have to deal with all the nonsense on the major freeways--I was so happy!

I know a couple from Pampa, whom I met at Tech. It's NE of Amarillo, but I think if you take 87 (84?) up to Amarillo, it's not too bad of a drive... I remember seeing the exit for it on I-40 driving east towards Oklahoma but I don't remember exactly where off I-40 it was.

My bathroom counter is an AW and decided to keep my rings today. She has very good taste, but my fingers aren't pleased as they have to survive the day naked. On a related note, my brain is missing.

Table clothes finally made it in today. I've been freaking out for a while.

I got a job for sunday

i'm excited to meet my client, he seems nice.

We got another wedding gift in the mail - yay!

dont know what it is though, have to wait till FI gets home after work to open it

FI bought my wedding present (which is the AW)....but accidently charged it to the debit card instead of his credit card, so i saw where its from and i'm pretty sure i now know what it is

he was so disappointed.

My AW- FI cleaned the entire house so we could watch project runway together. Too sweet!! definitely made my day!
