I'd like to get back to my pre-baby weight by my wedding date. After giving birth to my son in June I weighed in at 220 and have only taken 20lbs off since. I've only just began to get serious about losing and in the past week I have been doing ww and walking 2 miles daily. So far the scale hasnt budged and I am already beginning to get discouraged. I don't think my goal weight of 130(will settle for 150) is unrealistic but I do know it will take alot of hard work. I know I can do this but I really think I could use some advice or any support you ladies may have to offer. Thanks in advance.
