  There's a Roys right on property at Koolina.
  
  Whats your budget like? Would you prefer a sit-down or buffet style restaurant? I could probably give you more suggestions for places in Honolulu. You can PM as well.
  
  Also, Disney's Aulani resort at Ko'olina will be opening next week and they will have a buffet style restaurant as well.

  I'm  a sucker for Ruth's Chris steakhouse. Yes, it's a small fine dining chain... but I've read the reviews for the 2 restaurants on Oahu are AWESOME.  It's a special place because we had our first "real" date at the one in Minneapolis... and totally fell for each other during that dinner. Oh- and the BEST steak I've ever had in my life! I'm not a big meat eater and can count the number of times I've finished a whole steak, on one hand. But this one? OMG. I could've had 2. It was so delicious I just couldn't stop. It's spendy... but phenomenal food.

  Another recommendation for Roy's. I think it is Hawaiian Fusion, but they have steaks too. It's soooo good!
