  We are using Cosmi's Bakery - 3 tier for 100 ppl, buttercream icing, choc chip cake - $450 including delivery and set up.

  We are using Bredenbeck's. Delicious - we are using them for cupcakes so the pricing is a bit different than a typical tiered cake (also contracted through our venue so it's included in the cost), but their service is excellent & their cakes are amazing.

  I have heard that Dibartolo's Bakery in Collingswood is fantastic.  I have had pastries from there, but not their cake.  I'd recommend it!
