They will be protesting the funeral of Navy Seal Matt Matson this Wed. in Leawood, Kansas.

Honestly where do these ppl come from!? Every time I hear of them my blood just BOILS! But when I see the Patriot riders proctecting the family I just break down.<3

This is just a rant, but if you know of anyone who lives in the area please ask if they can go and show support for this family

    You know, I'm really a staunch supporter of our Constitution, and those people do prove that we in fact allow freedom of speech.  What irony they miss is that their stupidity is allowed because of heros like Matt Matson who fight and die protecting our country.  I'm sure that doesn't offer a great deal of comfort to the families, but it's the one reason I'm glad the government doesn't stop them.

    I did like the one town that towed all their cars, parked cars behind their vehicles and left them there so they were boxed in and tow trucks were nowhere to be found, brought them in for a line up until after the funeral, refused to give them hotel rooms, etc. 

    I would totally be part of Angel Wings, the group that sings/hums, and wears giant 9' wings to block out the view of those morons.

    I agree  Cali but, if our forefather's could have ONLY imagined people like them would come to be I am sure they would have written an exception.

    I agree..whenever I hear about their protests it just sickens me. I can't wait for all those POS to die so a celebration can be held..I wonder how their families and friends will feel?

    I kinda like the sneaky ways of screwing them over... legally!  It just seems so much fun!

    I would totally throw water balloons at them, or stink bombs, or unleash skunks on them, or just peacefully crowd them out - just get about 100 people and start walking them backwards out of town!

    They're so hypocritical it's not even funny. You believe in God and the bible which in my mind perceive death and funeral related things as sacred but you use it as a means of protest...WTF!? DH absolutely will not address the subject of these idiots because it makes him so mad.

    I am always yelling obsenities at them when TV shows them. or I read about them.  I don;t blame DH Sammy, it makes me close to that way as well, but to protect families I will put the word out there.

    They are obviously brain washed. I kinda wish I could meet one of them in real life and give them a mind butt kick with my arguments and words!

    Although what they do is WRONG, I take comfort in the fact that American's pull together to right their wrong. People from all walks of life come together and do things like Cal said.

    I would 100% be a part of that if they came to my town. My small SUV would be one of the cars blocking them in!

    Hopefully the Freedom Riders are watching this.  Westboro is getting a rep for saying they will be at a Soldier's funeral and show up somewhere else.  The country is holding those Navy Seals pretty sacred right now so my hope is that the town will come out in force to stand between the family and the idiots, I mean Westboro.  I would gladly get my car ticketed and towed to park them in so they couldn't go anywhere.

    Did you guys read the article about the town that fought back at them? With the tires being slashed and no one in the town would help? I can't remember if that was posted on this board or somewhere else, but since it's related.... I shall repost :P
