Tip/Vendor Meal Question

Our DJ will be there for 5 hours...do we tip him and feed him? They said its up to us if we want to give a meal, so i'm wondering if we should do one or the other.

I would at least provide him with a meal. That's a long time to go without food ( unless he is snacking in between). I am doing both for my DJ

Same here.. i'm doing both for our DJ. Probably a $50 tip (he is only there for 4 hours) and vendor meal.

We are doing both, but at least feed him. You dont have to get him the same expensive meal you all are eating....your venue probably has a vendor meal they offer. at my venue it's $25 per vendor.

Feed him for sure. He's there for your event and that is a long time to not eat! Venodr meals are not expensive, and he'll eat at his station. I'm not sure if you need to tip him, though. But feed, yes.

Thanks ladies....Iknow the vendor meal is cheaper but the vendors eat in the kitchen so I was wondering where he would eat....I'll ask the venue
