SO! I am having my wedding at The Cincinnati Art Museum in Eden Park. There are a very limited number of hotels in that area so we decided we are going to put our room block in at the Marriot right at the bottom of the hill in Mt Adams. I found out while researching the hotel that they DO NOT have a shuttle. Has anyone had this happen before where you had to find transportation for your guests? Our rehearsal dinner is going to be in Mt Adams and the parking spaces are FEW and FAR BETWEEN so I wanted to shuttle people there from the rehearsal so they would not have to worry about parking. I also wanted hotel guests to be able to be shuttled from the hotel to the wedding and back so no one would have to worry about drinking and driving.
Anyone know of any limos who will provide a couple days of service? I am just worried about the bridal party getting home SAFE and not having to worry about driving.
Any thoughts?
Re: Any suggestions?
I'm sure any of the limo companies would be willing to work with you. It might be pricy if you're looking for that many hours though. If you don't care about having anything fancy, I'd try either bus companies (Petermann, Klug, etc) or airport shuttle companies. They tend to be MUCH cheaper.

Try Motortoys. They do longer packages than most, and you're able to split up the time somehow. GL!

For the wedding, which was at Union Terminal, we used Charter Bus Service. They made two trips to get people there and 3 at the end of the night. No one had worry about drinking, renting a car, or directions. It was about $600, though. Not including gratuity.
I PMed you.
Where in Mt. Adams are you having your rehearsal dinner? My FI and I are looking for something in that area too
Thanks!

If you're looking for something casual, you can also rent out parts of most of the bars (Pavilion, Longworth's, Alive One). Another option is Andy's Mediterannean Grill on Nassau. Their food is awesome, but it would be a tight squeeze for our 50+ people.
