I just wanted to Introduce myself!  I mostly post on the DIY boards as I am doing a lot of stuff myself, but I have recently been reading a bunch of the posts on here so I just wanted to say hi!  My FI and I are getting married in September of 2012 at the Colonie Golf and Country Club in Albany!  We have been engaged since July 2010 and I"m soooo ready for next year to be here... i'm getting antsy to start really planning stuff!

    Welcome! I'm a 2012 bride and it seems like such a long time away but it will go fast i'm sure. What kind of DIY stuff are you doing for the wedding.

    I have a bunch of stuff in the works... I've completed personalized hangers for my girls, I've also completed Mr and Mrs signs for the backs of our chairs during the reception, as well as a parasol that says Thank You that we are going to use for our photo thank you cards.  I'm planning on doing centerpieces, blinging my shoes, making my viel and doing tote bags, wine glasses, and jewlrey for my girls.  I'm also designing my own STDs and invites.  I also am trying to convince my mom to let me dye my crinoline under my dress... we'll see how that goes lol.  Wow... when you write it all out... that's a LOT of stuff!!!!
