    Wedding Date?
    July 3, 2010

    How old are you? Your FI?
    35 and FI is 40 (we're old)

    Occupations and dream occupations of the couple?
    FI and I are both in the legal field.  FI's dream occupation would be music producer and my dream occupation would be CNN political analyst or a motivational speaker!

    How long have you been dating?
    Almost 5 years.  By our wedding date we will have been together for 5 years.

    Where did the you meet?
    We met online.  Yahoo! personals.  I know, right?

    What was your first impression of your FI?
    Seriously I thought, he's the marrying kind. ;)

    Most exciting thing about wedding planning so far?
    Getting our first gifts in the mail and also mailing out the invitations.

    Any wedding-related challenges yet?
    Just getting the right people out here to come to the wedding.  And making sure everyone has booked their hotel room.

    Have you gotten the dress yet? If so, pic please! If not, post some that you like!

    Dress?  Yes!  Here's a pic from when I went shopping.


    Any favorite vendors yet?
    I LOVE our photog, Fiixed Focal.  www.fixedfocal.com So affordable and their pic style is AWESOME!

    Colors or theme?
    Our colors are navy blue and orange.

    What are your top three wedding-related priorities?
    1. Marrying FI.
    2. Good food
    3. Great photographer

    Any children yet or furbabies?
    I have a son, Colden and FI has a son, Alexander.


    Kids at wedding?
    Yep!  It's going to be a party!

    Where are you honeymooning?
    It's our hope that we can take a 3-day Bahama cruise.

    Favorite book?
    The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger

    Favorite movie?
    I don't know... I really love lots.  Maybe something from the 80's. 

    Favorite tv show?
    I love reality shows - I REALLY loved Survivor this season.

    Favorite wedding dress designer?
    Enzoani Blue.  If I had the money, I would have went this route.

    What is something you wish you could have at the wedding but don't?
    I wish I could have my favorite Mexican food place or Cuban place from California come cater my wedding, but I don't have the dough.  Also, I would love to have an open bar.

    I knew you met online, but I didn't realize it was yahoo personals-- that's where me and Fi met too! I swear no one knows about how great the site is!

    I love it that you both have one kid! You are like the "mini" Brady bunch! Does everyone get along okay?

    Loved reading about you...thanks for sharing.

    I think your photographer did an awesome job on your e-pics and as much as I "stalk" your bio...I'm excited for you to get married so I can see some wedding pictures! I think everything will be beauiful. :)

    My parents loved Survivor this season as well. I have yet to watch an episode, but somehow I ended up watching them announce the winner the other night. That Russell guy that kept talking was a mess...lol. I may try to catch the next season.

    Your first impression of your FI is just too sweet.

    I just checked out your photographer's website (I had seen your e-pics before, but never really looked at the photog) and now I cannot wait to see your wedding pics! I am sure they will be amazing!!

    I would LOVE to have my favorite Cali restaurant cater too!!! Nothing beats California Mexican fo sho.

    And ditto, MeganJ26... your photographer is crazy talented. Your pictuires are going to be amazing!
