Most expensive Charleston Caterer?

By reputation who is the most expensive? This is sort of mean, but my FI and I decided that we need to trick my dad when it comes to pricing out vendors. We are not trying to choose the most expensive for everything but we want to give a higher option so when we know which want we want, my dad won't flip out. He thinks everything should cost $5....

    I think it usually depends what you are offering. Any caterer can become really expensive if you are having filet mignon and lobster. Most caterers are willing to work in your budget. Try having them work up a budget for the most expensive option, and then re-work everything to make it fit better into your budget.

    I COMPLETELY understand!  I had to do the same thing with my parents!  My dad thinks he can get a deal on anything and that's not always the case! Good Luck!
