My Diet

I've lost 45lbs in 10 months at a low carb diet! I also exercise for about 4-5 hours a week, just cycling. I don't overexert myself and I can eat until I'm full. If you girls have any questions or need support, please let me know!

  • Congrats on your life style change and successful weight loss the healthy way.
