Silverwood Park in St Anthony, MN has an outdoor fireplace with a pretty nice sized reception area.

Majestic Oaks in Ham Lake has a double sided fireplace in their Fireside room. And they offer outdoor ceremonies which I think are beautiful.

We are also using Dakota lodge. One of the benefits of their facility is that they have an open catering policy. Otherwide Theodore Wirth and Columbia golf courses, both in Minneapolis are very nice older buildings.
