Hi ladies, update on Brio rehearsal dinner: we're now having it at the church and going to have a bbq dinner. We don't need anything fancy, just chopped bbq, a few sides, and of course hush puppies. I've found a few places so far (the pit, coopers bbq, smokey's bbq shack) that i've heard are yummy but I wanted to ask yalls opinions

The Pit caters and it's delicious. Coopers Barbecue is another good option. Both are located in Downtown Raleigh.

The Pit is my favorite place to eat! I absolutely love it:) And my cousin had Smithfields cater their rehersal dinner with bbq, chicken, brunswick stew, potatos, beans and hush puppies and it was a HUGE hit! We all loved it!

We priced thePit, Backyard, & Coopers , & wound up with Coopers for our RD. One thing that was important to us was to have a pig on the grill. Coopers did a great job. Nice folks to work with.
