    Heyyy popping in quick to say hey! I got home from work a little bit ago. Before cashing my check I looked it over; my employers gave me a nice holiday bonus! So I'm pretty pumped! I finished packing to go home for the holidays, now I'm about to head to another job. Hopefully they don't need me too long because I have an early flight tomorrow morning! Have a good night ladies!

    Hi there! I'm doing a whole lot of nothing. Just taking a break from studying and relaxing for a bit. But I'm having a good night because I just realized that my FI comes home in a week!!!

    I'm here.  Even though it's only 3:30 here.  Just being lazy and waiting for my work day to end.  Also I'm anxiously waiting for football to start since this is a big week for Fantasy Football.  If I win this week I'm in the playoffs and guaranteed at least another $300.  I already won my money back ($100) for coming in first place at the end of the regular season.  Did I mention I'm the only female in the league with H and all his friends?

    I got my move setup yesterday!  I can't believe in less than a month I'll be packed up and out of this house!  And we are set to close on the house 2 weeks from today so I am very anxiously awaiting that.  I'm really really hoping I didn't jinx us by setting up the move before we close on the house.

    I agree Hike, it is just ridiculous at this point, and it's been going on 2 weeks now I think. 

    Yes this are exciting times, but also very stressful too!  Right now it feels like we just at a standstill with everything and it stinks because there is nothing we can do about it.  Everything is turned in and done on our part, so it's just a matter of waiting on things from the seller.  We're just keeping our fingers crossed that everything goes welll!

    Also, new BAH rates came out today, and for where we are going it is dropping over $100.  H is going to try and switch to the BAH there as soon as we close on the house and hope we can get locked into 2011 rates before it drops, but I don't know if that will happen since it's only a few days before.

    Oh beach, jealous!!! I lost both first round playoff games in my leagues. I'm pissy about it. 

    I'm off to find leftovers then I'll be around. I had a craptastic day and H is out for another hour or so, which means I can watch whatever tv I like!

    My mom had a coworker over for dinner tonight so I had to cook and stuff.. I drank a bottle of wine by myself so I'm 4 sheets to the wind (Where does that saying come from?  I say 4 because that's how many glasses are in a bottle of wine!! Damn I'm clever) 

    H's PMSing so I don't really want to deal with him ATM.  I think I'm going to take a shower and get into bed sort of early tonight.. that's the plan anyway..

    Mel- You're a doctor... am I to young for arthritis? haha... but seriously. I have an issue with my thumbs/wrists.  It hurts when I like try to pick something up, but just sometimes (usually when I'm cold) My GP was like "It's early onset arthritis" and I was like.. Umm. I'm 23.

    Hello!

    I just found out my group won the Capstone presentation contest. Basically we had a kick asss presentation so we got the best grade and got rewarded with gift cards.

    Sami- you are pretty young for arthritis, but it could happen. Especially if you've been in a job that required a lot of wear and tear on your thumbs. Just from what you described, it doesn't really sound like carpal tunnel, especially if it's in both hands. Do you ever have problems with numbness and tingling in your fingers, or decreased strength when you try to grip something?

    Sami I have similar problems in my left hand but I know it's from when I basically shattered my wrist and had to have surgery.

    I'm debating what to make for dinner.  Work is done, wine is poured, and football is on.  I'm leaning towards a frozen pizza for the pure fact that I don't feel like putting in much effort and want to watch the game.  Come on MJD and Tony Gonzales!

    Beach- random question for you. What did you do with your sick leave days when you had to stop teaching? I have the choice of getting a payout (10% of what I make a day for each sick day i have) or transferring them. The catch is I only have a year to transfer them or else they will be for fitted.

    I feel like I haven't been around in forever.

    I just started my Christmas shopping yesterday.  I've never shopped this close to Christmas before, and I never hope to again.  I still have stuff to get.  I've been running around the last two days finding stuff.  My credit card hates me.

    yes! I spilled hot tea all over myself the other day because I couldn't grip the cup (It didn't have a handle).. True story- The only job I can think of that was lifeguarding cause I would twirl my whistle around my fingers for hours.. but I'm right handed so that would only explain the one hand..  I mean it's not something that I can't live with, but it is rather annoying.  My GP is just an all around douche and he doesn't ever listen to anything anyway.  He pisses me off.

    Hike I just kinda lost my days.  It was a weird situation I was in because I hadn't really talked to the district about me moving before I got laid off.  I knew it was coming though so I gave myself a few long weekends when I was visiting H.  Then the weekend before my last week of school I broke my wrist and needed surgery so I had to call in all that week and used up days.  I think after all that I ended up with about 15 days leftover or something and just left them.

    Ok I am so confused by TK I just want them to fix it already.  UGH!!! Anyway, this is Friday morning.  I had a brutal cardio bosu class last night.  I think that she was really mad a someone.  I am now at an entire week of not sleeping.  Yippe!!!
