Guest Book table...

What are y'all putting on your guest book table. All I got is the book and flowers. It seems very bare what else.......TIA!

As of right now, I plan on putting wedding photos of our parents, some of our grandparents, and 1 or 2 sets of our great-grandparents. I think I want the escort cards to be placed on another table that will be close to the guestbook table.

Wait..............does the guestbook table go at the ceremony or the reception? I was putting it at the ceremony.

Is it plastic? I am using one of my our card tables for the guestbook table with a table clothes (got to pinch pennies anywhere I can) and something like that will be much too heavy. Maybe I should put one of my deer decor there hmmmm....

Our Wedding & Reception are at the same location so we'll have it set up all day! Were doing it similar to how our other tables are set up and having the guestbook, pens, cards to write on all on the table and possibly some of our best engagement pictures and maybe one or two of us when we were little. FI's house burned down about 8 years ago and he doesn't have any pictures of when he was really little

But as Tygriljojo said, it really depends on how big your table is!

I talked to my wedding DOC about where the tables goes and we are going to have it set up at both places so that everyone will get a chance to sign it. We are going to have 2 tables one with guest book and one with a photo mat. I think we will put framed engagement photos, candles, and possibly photosharecards.

Alyssa - it's a resin of sorts. Looks like plaster but MUCH lighter.

I'd like to use it in our garden when I put one together this fall.

Ours will have the guest book, a manzanita branch wish tree display (in a vase) with pieces of paper and ribbons to tie the wishes to the branches and a basket full of our favors.

Mine is actually quilt squares that people will write on with indelible fabric pen and will be at the reception only. I have two square baskets, one for blank squares and one to put completed squares in. I plan on moving my little "still life" from the ceremony site on to this table as well, which means a tea cup with leaves and a mug with coffee beans to hold the pens, a silver tea tray with a bouquet. I have some small frames I got for $1 each at Michael's a way back so I may print pictures of FI and I to go in those and put on the tray. Leaving most of the table open so there's space for more than one person to write.
