in April 2012 Weddings
Big heavy box full of invitations came in over the weekend. I haven't done anything with them yet. I have it down on my calendar to send out invitations on March 10 which is six weeks before wedding. I may move that up a couple of weeks to get started sending some out, and do a few each week for the next couple of weeks.

It's something that I look forward to having done, but not looking forward to doing what needs to be done in order to get them done ;)

Getting very close though!

    I'm glad that I ordered extra. My mom just asked if I had invited my great-uncle since she told him "I'm sure she sent you something." I hadn't, but added him to the list. He walked her down the aisle at her wedding. NBD to add him.

    omg i just realized almost all of ours will have valentine's day as a postdate!  Anyhow i just got calls from folks saying that they already got theirs.  now to keep FI from posting our wedding website all over FB again!

My mom just did that with bridal shower invites (a month ago) and she got a million calls "how come I didn't get invited.. am I invited to the wedding?!"  It was crazy! She had to tell everyone they were going out at diferent days and mail isn't also the same! But who knows maybe it's just my crazy family ;-) Can't wait to send mine!

    Same thing happened to us with our save the dates! Not to mention, most of my FH's family somehow thought the save-the date was our invite.. (even though they said "Save the Date" and were magnets, lol!!) We were getting calls left and right!

    <div>That happened with our STDs. One couple that is family friend of groom's family were a little upset that they didn't get theirs - but we didn't have their address! It was one of those that I kept reminding FI to get. I finally did get it sent out. :)</div>
