I thought this was going to be about delicious potato bars. I'm from NJ and that sounds reallly yummy right about now. Maybe because I want breakfast and have to wait an hour. We had a risotto station at our wedding. It was a big hit!

My caterer actually suggested the potato bar. I like starchy food. I just have to double check to make sure bacon is on the bar as a topping because if not, my fiance will protest.
