Beach ceremony in NE Ohio

Hi ladies!  Here is my dilemma....I am getting married for the second time.  My fiance and I were planning a small ceremony/luncheon with family and friends (50 people)  up at Lakeside in August 2011.  Now we are thinking that perhaps we should just have a very small (us and our kids - total of 6) ceremony on a beach somewhere, enjoy the weekend with the kids, then drop them off at home and go on to our honeymoon. Perhaps have a cookout or party at our home later to celebrate our marriage.  We want things to be low-key.   We are on a very limited budget so that is why we are forgoing any kind of big reception.  I guess my  question is....anyone know of any pretty beaches in this area?

    Mentor Headlands, Geneva on the lake, Huntington , edgewater, then obviously on out lorain and past.    Good Luck!

    Also, consider Lakewood Park, right on Lake Erie. There are picnic tables, a beach, even a cute wooden staircase that is nice for pictures. (A friend of mine did her wedding pics there.)
