Took the dog for a mile long walk, dragged FI with me.

Got a new pedometer (striiv play, thanks everyone for your advice!), love that it syncs to MFP...
Speaking of... Doing pretty good with food today. Under my calorie goals after eating back my my few workout calories. Maybe gonna split a piece of cheesecake for dessert!
