Not to bother you, but I wanted to get your opinion on something.
My doctor told me I shouldn't really be working out during my first trimester. I'm 6 weeks today, and although I'm a bit tired, I feel ok.
I've been doing yoga 3 times a week for years, as well as some cardio and strength training as well.
Do I need to stop all of it completely? Apparently, yoga is a big no no, so my class last night was the last class for a while.
