After my freak out the other day we talked and his concern is money.
He wants to start a college fund for our son and is worried that 20,000.00 plus for a wedding is a waste considering that we have already started our life together. So we are going to wait until Jan 2013 and then set a date after we see how the budget that we lined out last night will work. We will then have a better Idea on how much we can spend on a wedding without it affecting our other financial goals.

    Actually we don't have many people asking. I don't even have any married friends, we are sort of the trail blazers in our circle.

    I agree! If he does we could use the money for something frivolous like NFL season tickets or a shopping spree at Bloomingdales.

    NFL season tickets are a waste. well, really I am cheap and i think football is better on TV (even though i hate all sports).

    the shopping spree is a better idea. or a boat.

    He is a little over a year old.

    hmm, maybe it's basketball that i think is better on TV. it doesn't matter, really. i'm not planning to find tickets to change my mind.
