Room block wording

How did you notify your guests about your room block?  We are going to send something out with save the dates, how did you word yours?

    the hotel gave us something to include with the invites.. see if they have something already printed

    It was in the invites

    Your hotel can give you something to include in the invite.  We had our designer just type it over basically.

    On the back of our save the date we printed "Accommodations" and listed the details of the hotel and the rates. The cards that the hotels gave us didn't include the rates and we wanted guests to be aware. I can send you the exact wording we used if you want.

    I just finished my save the dates. I made a seperate notecard I designed and printed that just stated our reception is taking place at the hotel and a block of rooms is being reserved at a special rate for our guests. I listed the type of rooms available and the discounted rates and also gave the hotel phone number and the date they needed to book the rooms by to get the discount. I'm just going to stick these in the envelope w/ the save the dates. I was going to print it on the back of the STDs, but knowing my friends/family, they may not notice it on the back haha

    I put mine in with the invites. The hotel sent us cards with a cutoff date for special pricing and contact information.
