Tuesday Accountablity (Really Wednesday! Ha.)

I didn't notice a post yesterday - we must be consumed with the Olympics :)

B- small bowl of cheerios
S- small bowl of watermelon
L - stick of string cheese, an apple sliced and dipped in caramel and a granola yogurt bar.
D- chips and salsa/cheese dip, half a jumbo strawberry marg, a cheese quesadilla, a chicken enchilada, and refried beans. Dinner date with my bff and bridesmaid...we both needed a little pigging out. haha.

*Edit* Totally forgot what day it was! Lol.

  • I did end up losing those couple of pounds I had gained on vacation! I'm thinking about making a ticker for the next few pounds I wanna lose.

    B- black coffee
    L-lean cuisine broccoli alfredo
    S- luna bar
    D- KFC 3 piece chicken strip meal with mac and cheese and mashed potatos no gravy
    S- Tops cake in a cup

    E- ten minute zumba video and a ten minute plyometric video. 

    Blehhhhhhh, yuck.

    MrsK - don't worry about which day you posted. I forgot what day of the week it was.. this whole vacation thing really makes me loose track of days!
