Rental houses on Kauai

Does anyone know where to look to find rental houses on Kauai?  I would like to rent a house on the beach and have the wedding and reception there, but i have found out that many of the homes do not allow weddings on their property or allow a limited number of guests.  I am hoping to have about 50-75 people at the wedding and I would like for about 15-20 to stay in the house with 7-8 bedrooms.  I have looked on homeaway and I have been in touch with Beachfront travel but their options are limited at this point for August 2012.  Any advice or help would be appreciated.. thanks in advance! Smile

    I suggest vrbo.com...I have used their site for vacation rentals on Kauai, The Big Island, Paris, and New York. That site has never let me down!

    I'd say vrbo as well. What part of the island are you looking at?

    Yes, I am seeing that their aren't as many as the other islands!  Not 100% on location yet, pretty much open to anything at this point!
