Grand Lux Cafe - Communication Issues??

Hi,

I am ready to book my reception here, have the contract in hand and everything but would like to speak wtih Rich to make sure that we are on the same page. I can't get him to call me and I get these one line emails back from him, its extremely frustrating especially because of the amount of money we are going to spend, but I don't want to lose the space, should I just send the contract back and figure out the details later??

I haven't had problems getting a hold of him by phone. Rich has been great to answer my questions even though I was planning a small party. I think you should try calling him. Good luck, I know it's stressful not speaking to someone when you're spending a lot of money.

Thanks, maybe I will try that. I might just be overreacting, which in this whole process is what I find myself doing ALOT. LOL
