Our wedding is held at a ski resort an hour outside of the city, the ceremony will be held mid-mountain at 5pm and guests will need to take the chair lift or a shuttle to the ceremony. I would like to include this information on an enclosure card for guests that aren't likely to check out our website.
The invitation says 5 o'clock in the afternoon, but I would like guests to know that it will take some time to get to the ceremony site, so please arrive early.
Could you please help me with this tricky wording?
This is what I am starting with, but it seems so long!-
"Travel to the ceremony site mid-mountain takes approximately 20 minutes and includes riding a chair lift and a short trail walk. A shuttle will be available for guests unable to ride the chair lift.
After the ceremony choose your mode of transportation to the base of the mountain for the reception~ chair lift, shuttle, alpine slide, or a nice walk. Enjoy the view!
