Contact at Outrigger Reef?

So I've spent about a week trying to submit an inquiry about wedding packages at Outrigger Reef. I included quite a few (but not too many) detailed questions about their services and expressed a serious interest in having my ceremony on the Voyager Deck.

But it took several tries to get a response from anyone there, and when I finallly did, someone named Danya replied with an email essentially regurgitating the exact same information that was already on the website. Then to make things a bit more frustrating, they totally neglected to answer any of my questions and essentially told me to enlist the services of a WC at Aloha Wedding Planners instead. Does any of this make sense to anyone else?

Since my FI and I are actually very interested in having our ceremony at Outrigger Reef, would anyone be able to share the email of a decent contact at Outrigger?

I apologize in advance for the rant, just a bit frustrated!

    Weird. You would think they would have someone on site who knows what's going on. I don't have any help for you in terms of contacts, but just wanted to suggest that you call them up (maybe start with the person who emailed you back) instead of email. Vendors`tend to be way more responsive (and less frustrating) that way.

    I agree with Alyson. I find that talking to vendors is more helpful than email. They understand questions better and far more responsive. Good luck!

    Cara Sawai is our contact there.  We heve never spoken with Dayna.  Normally, Cara gets back to us within a day or so, though we haven't heard from her this week either.  Our questions were quite info intense though.  I've called her before.  I just dialed reception from the website and asked for Cara.  She's their banquet coordinator.  Hope that helps.  Let me know if you need more info

    Fortunately I recieved an email from Cara earlier this evening! A little late, but she answered all of my questions and I feel so much better now :) I will be making phone calls some time this week with further inquiries.

    kje_ , would you happen to know of any websites/photographer's blogs that have photos of real weddings done at Outrigger? I'd really love to see some, just to get an idea of what the Voyager Deck and their typical wedding setup looks like.
