Budget Friendly Videography

We are in need of a videographer for our wedding in November.  I would like to spend in the $1,000 range and would like 2 cameras at the reception.  So far the ones I have seen that are in our budget are booked for our date.

    Check out www.alansmithphotography.com. He is a close friend of mine and has alot of experience (he works also for a local television station) I think the Videographer/camera ratio is for his package around $1000 is 1/2, so there would be an unmanned camera I'm assuming. But check him out, he has a ton of samples on his website and I know he's really flexible (I've recommended him to several friends).

    try out chriscrock.org these are the cheapest prices you'll find in the area, promise! have a look at his gallery and prices on the website. he did a girlfriend of mines wedding and it was just amazing, he did what she wanted and got those great pictures that she's so happy with, i plan on using him for my wedding, good luck on your special day.

    I am using this copy here is the information I was sent.

    All of my packages include 3 DVDs except for the premium package which includes 6 DVDs.


    My packages start at $150 for one manned-camera at the ceremony.


    $200 for one manned-camera and one unmanned-camera ( for a static wide shot) at the ceremony.


    $350 for two manned-cameras at the ceremony.


    $400 (my most popular package) for one manned-camera and one unmanned-camera shoot of the ceremony plus one manned camera shoot of the reception.


    $600 for two-manned cameras at both the ceremony and the reception for the greatest possible coverage, a highlight reel and 6 DVDs.


    A highlight reel of your special day can be added to any package for $100.
