FI's OOT Bachelor Party

So FI is headed to Charleston for the weekend with three of his GM's. I was okay with it until I found out about one of the GM's that is going. I don't know him that well, but he's kinda crazy. He just got married last month, so hopefully he's not too bad. I'm pretty sure they're going to the strip club, which I'm okay with. I just told FI absolutely no touching of any kind. I'm more worried that they're going to get him so drunk he'll have to have his stomach pumped. I don't think any of them would think to tell the hospital about his Crohn's, and they definitely wouldn't know what infusion he gets. I'm just gonna be a bundle of mehhhhh until Sunday I guess :-/

ETA: FI says he won't get that drunk because he wants to remember the weekend. I just worry because he seems completely normal when he's absolutely plastered. Ugh.

    It's sweet that you're so concerned about him and I would be too, but this is one of those scenarios that you have to just trust him to be adult enough to not put himself in any danger.

    I'm sure things will be fine! My FI's party is next weekend... in Chicago. Once I found out it was out of town I started freaking out because I know the party will involve stippers, booze and gambling. PLUS I know one of the GM will just buy FI to get him as drunk as possible. I'm trying to be fine with it, but I know I will worry until I see him alive and back at home afterwards! lol

    I think I would have been disappointed in a stripper based event - but the truth is his Best is married. His wife might not be ok, even if I was more upset than I think I might have been. I did tell him I was un comfortable with them going to New Orleans for a weekend, but I would not stop him. New Orleans put the brakes on itself, and the BM wifewas not nearly as flexible as I! I think it just works out. Breathe, it will be Sunday nigh before you know it!

    Don't worry!  Don't catastraphise!  Don't!  Go out with a girlfriend.  spend the night with a friend so you don't call him.  

    I am not jelouse but my FI went to Las Vegas for 4 Days.  He took lots of monies.  I told him I don't want to know what he did just as long as i know he didn't cheat  - we are good!  

    This is his weekend and you will get yours.  Trust that he will be good! No news is good news!

    If your truly concerned about any medical conditions he may have then you could always write them down on a business card sized sheet of paper and have him tuck it in his wallet with his license. Probably not a bad idea for him to have on him at all times anyways.
