(Yeah, so I wrote all of this out..and posted it on a different account. Thaaaats no good because it's tied to my school email. please excuse my stupidity :)  )

Hey all! I joined the board about two months ago then was on vacation all of July. My BF and I flew to Poland on July 1st. On our first REAL day of vacation he took me to my favorite park (it's seriously my #1 fave place in the world) and we were going to go walk around and kill some time before we went to visit his cousin and their new baby. We found a beautiful little restaurant and decided to walk up to get some coffee.....

He had reservations! I've known about the ring so I was hopeful it would happen in Europe, but he was slick and had hid it in his wallet. We had some wonderful dessert and right before our coffee came out, he proposed!   It was exactly one month ago and I'm still on Cloud Nine.  My parents and his parents and most of his family already knew....we've told the friends that we traveled with in Finland and Greece because I was wearing my ring, BUT we haven't told our really close friends here at home. We're having a "belated birthday party" for my man this weekend....and will announce it when we have all of our besties in one place. 

Sorry this was so long...it's really the first time I've written it all down and I guess Im still excited :)   We haven't nailed down a date, but we're considering something Fall of next year. We shall see :):):)

    Congratulations!!! Hope you had a fantastic trip!

    It's always good to write it down while it's fresh in your mind, that way you get every detail you may forget. :)

    Thank you!! We had a wonderful trip. We got engaged July 3rd, so we got to celebrate with friends everytime we went somewhere different for the rest of our trip :)   AND I get to admire my ring and my new handsome fiance in all of our pictures haha.  Im happy I joined before we were actually engaged...Im looking forward to bouncing ideas around with you girls once we start planning.

    The ring!! It's .6 white gold and even after a month, I can't stop staring at it! It's simple, and I'm a fan of that!  Now that I know how to resize these darn pictures on my computer...would anyone mind if I posted some from vaca tonight?!  Thank you all for the Congratulations...it's So hard not calling all my friends and telling them, so this helped simmer me down for a little bit!  (Say hello to fiance's arm in the background  :)  )

    haha, I figured!  Im too lazy....still all confused as to when I should sleep and eat. Camera card(s) were an 8gb and 4gb. Didnt totally fill the 4gb but got pretty clooooose!

    Aww... such a great engagement story! Congratulations! and it's amazing that it happened at the beginning of your vacay so you could enjoy your new status (and ring!) for the rest of the trip.  Enjoy your little secret for the rest of the week and have fun at your party!
