Bridal BootCamp?

I'm techinically a Chicago Bride since I live there now and we are getting married there - however we are moving to Minneapolis at the end of May.  That is 2 months before my wedding aka crunch time for fitness.  Do any of you ladies know of a good bootcamp/fitness program there?  We will be living downtown or in Uptown.  I will work downtown.  Any suggestions would be most appreciated!

I highly recommend LA Fitness.  It's a fairly inexpensive club that is very nice and has classes both in the mornings and evenings, so before or after work. They have a bootcamp class that kicks my butt.  They are opening a new club in Uptown this month, I believe, so it would be good timing for you and a great location.

Sorry I can't recommend a specific "boot camp only" option..but this might be good for longer term!

There's a really nice Lifetime club right in downtown.  I'm not sure where you'll be working, but the LT is in the Target center.  I did a TEAM class there a few years ago and it was awesome.  I think they also do boot camp classes as well.

Check out Lori Harder.  She is AMAZING!  She is a personal trainer that is also a fitness model, competitor, etc.  She has awesome programs to whip ya into shape!  I lost 10 pounds my first 3 weeks and am gaining muscle.

Tell her Katie R sent you!

I work out at the Uptown Snap Fitness and train with Timotha-she is fabulous!  She does a great overall body workout-very dynamic.  LOVE her!
