AW flowers

For all you girls that are using AW Flowers, when did you get to see your mock up samples?  We booked then in June and he told us that he would be able to get a sample for us by Sept.-Oct.  Do I have to call to see if they are ready and make an appt?  Or are they just gonna call me when they are ready?  What is the process?

    I'm using AW flowers but havent gotten my mock up just yet. When we booked him he did say he wanted to get me in before the end of the year. I'm assuming we have to call him bc I'm sure he has a lot going on and a lot of brides to be remembering each and everyone of us needs a mock up. If you get any info please let me know! thanks :)

    He can be really hard to get sometimes so I would call him and schedule the appointment right away, even if the actual appointment is months away.
