so when i bought my dress it was too small, i just loved the fabric! my seamstress completely transformed it for me. she did a sweet heart neck, made it a corset, added a rhinestone sash, did a hem, did a french bustle and is adding straps. i know you're not supposed to want to change anything about a dress but i was on a super budget because this was a second dress. i bought a discontinued gown off the rack, and the seamstress turned it into the gown i wanted.
