How are you storing your dress before the big day, im freaking out a little bit, i dont want anything to happen to it

I have to keep mine in our apartment while we live in Louisiana! I have it in a garmet bag, a special hanger to keep the shape of the bust, and I lay it flat. Make sure it's in a temperature controlled room in a garmet bag away from any curious pets and you should be okay!

The dress store is storing mine in a garment bag in a temperature controlled room (cold). Once I pick it up for alterations I will see if the store will take it back and keep it there. If not, it will live at my parents house in a guest room for the final three weeks.

I haven't even thought of where I'll keep it!! It doesn't come in until May but I don't want it at the house - my FI is way too nosy and curious!!

At my sisters, hanging in her closet in a garment bag. I will have her lay it out every once in a while.

My probably won't have too much time between final fitting and the big day, but it will live at my parents house for any lapse, they offer storage but bought my dress from a boutique 3 1/2 hours from home, and almost 5 from where wedding will be so I don't know when we'll make it up there.

Its on the top shelf of a closet laying down in a cloth garmet bag and then in a plastic bag type garmet bag (in case of a leaky roof or air vent). I also have acid-free paper stuffed in the bodice/bust to help it keep its shape.

Mine is at my FIL's house. It's in a garment bag in a spare closet, right beside FMIL's dress. I almost want to take them out of their respective bags & snap a picture. Hers was all lace too (though it has puffy shoulders, circa 1980s) and they look quite nice beside each other.

The bridal store has mine as well. I hope to not have to bring it home until my final dress alteration appointment. I am pretty sure I will be able to do that but if not, it will come home with me and be stored in a closet.
